"We were looking for a company to offer us a bank account introduction, and we spoke to several companies, and found that either they were unhelpful, didn't want our business or made the whole process of opening a bank account in Cyprus very difficult and long winded. Then we found Meridian Trust. We sent an email asking what would be required and how long it would take to open an account, within an hour we had a reply with what is required, nothing was to much hassle, and they made the whole account opening process very easy and efficient. We had all our banking details and bank opening letter, and the bank documents to sign and return. We returned all of the documents and our bank account is now fully functionally and we are extremely happy and impressed with Meridian Trusts service.

Meridian trust are unique, because they offer impartial advice and advised us exactly what is needed with extreme promptness. Communication is key to any business, their communication is faultless. Their email response time is within an hour or two, and their always extremely helpful and always wanting to go the extra mile to help you and ensure customer satisfaction. They go beyond the call of duty, even when the bank account was setup and the bank had mad a slight mistake on my debit card, i emailed Meridian Trust and they sorted everything out. My only slight dissatisfaction, is that i didn't choose Meridian Trust in the first place to setup our Seychelles company. We had chosen another company, and had nothing but problems from day one when it came to setting up our bank account and the Seychelles company, but we had none of this with Meridian Trust and i am extremely pleased that we choose them.
